“Terri and Linda own and operate Hedricks and have for years. I have taken my car and SUV there for 15+ years and they are excellent! They are honest and reputable and will only do repairs on your vehicle if they are needed and will tell you if they aren’t. I highly recommend this family run business. The specialize in certain vehicle types that include Honda, Toyota, Acura, Lexus, Nissan and Infiniti and they know what they are doing! Their service is A+ and well worth driving out of the way to go to. I live in Oakwood and take my cars there in Lawrenceville whenever I need work done. I highly recommend them if you own one of the previous makes of vehicles!! They were recommended to me 15+ yrs ago and I recommend them to anyone needing an honest family run business.”

“I’ve been using Hedrick’s for twenty years now. They service all foreign imports, specializing on Honda, Toyota and Nissan. I’ve only had Hondas and Acuras but found they were fast, efficient and always beat dealer pricing. My first encounter involved my 93 Accord needing a timing belt change. Not only did Terry price it below a dealers quote, he told me he only needed a half day and because I couldn’t get there until noon, he offered a loaner car. I totally trust him with all my automotive issues. He lets me know if an inspection is upcoming and recommended and only uses car manufacturers parts. Consequently, my cars stay well maintained and running. Call to make an appt if you would be needing a loaner. You too can experience the trust in an automotive mechanic”

“I used Hedrick’s while I was living in Lilburn and they were great… Done right first time and at a great price with no upselling. I’ve since moved to South Carolina and lost some of my maintenance history paperwork. A quick call and they got the service history and gave it to me over the phone so I could get what i needed done and only what I needed done at my new address. Wish i was still in Gwinnett. “I was planning to check out a Lexus vehicle at a nearby used car lot. I called Hedrick’s Automotive ahead of time to see if they would be willing to check over the vehicle I was interested in. The owner was very accommodating and told me he would fit me in that day to check over the vehicle. When I arrived, they took the car in right away. The mechanic was very thorough and found some issues, such as a leaking power steering pump.”

“We had both our 1998 Nissan Altima and 1997 Toyota Corolla regularly serviced here several years ago. To this day Hedrick’s stands out as the best shop I’ve ever done business with. Accurate, professional diagnosis of the issue, fair pricing and quality equipment. We only wish we still owned a make of car they service. Sorry for the lack of specific repair – and I can share those if needed – but I hated to see a quality shop have only a single negative review. As somebody who works in a repair industry, I can say that even if a customer THINKS they know they issue, you still have to do due diligence and perform your own diagnostics… and less than $50 is extremely reasonable for diagnostics…”
